Self esteem means thinking about you positively, negatively or mixed. Generally, low self esteem is faced by people , who easily hurt themselves by small criticism and who try to hide the feeling from others and have a tendency to blame themselves for any wrong happening or a person who don’t recognize any good quality of theirs , etcetera. These are some of the reason why people generally feel low self esteem. But does any of them, have a point. No, Right. This is the human propensity to think, and some time, the illogical thinking harms you totally.

People tend to loosen their desire to live, when they find the escalating rate of negativity of thoughts around them. But if you think rationally, does a thought on these minor issue, is sensible. Ok think a person who considers himself unlucky. So now, he back out from all the upcoming new ventures, thinking that he is unlucky. This should be termed ‘idiocy’.

The thought of underachieving, and harming oneself and scared of failure, are all the symptoms of low self esteem.

To lift up once low self esteem, it is very important for you, to understand yourself. You have to read, every page of your past acts in life. Learn to enjoy your own company by pursuing an activity you like. Explore and appreciate your own personal differences and talents and, hence, be proud of who you are. If you feel, that in the past you have made mistakes, so take them as a lesson and grow towards positive side.

Low self esteem person are conscious of something or the other, and they find that to be their negative quality. A person should normally boost themselves. In a day, you should keep some hours only for yourself, where you understand your activities and in totally yourself. Sometime, it does happen that you tend to listen to the people around, who frame a negative opinion about yourself. So keep a healthy surrounding. Exercising, eating right, and getting plenty of sleep; being exhausted and out of shape can leave you more vulnerable to feel insecure and anxious. Try not to mislead yourself, from the other person’s standard. Arisen of low self esteem is the destruction of one’s will. There are many type of low self esteem reason, which a person develops. But the ways accelerate with smoothness in life, when those eyes of yours and mind of yours, positively grab the things around.
