Why women become the victim of sexual harassment – Women are the most vulnerable section of the society therefore, she is considered more demure and less in physical strength when it is being compared with the men. Therefore, she becomes the victims of the sexual harassment.

The other reason of the sexual harassment of the women is that she is now stepping out of the house for finding the job, sometimes men feel threatened because of the presence of the women in the job. Alternatively she can also go to Women right group or Women Commission or if the matter is severe she can even go to Women Police center.
