One incident which I have seen in my life, I like to share with the girls, who have a fear in fighting for their right. My friend use to work in one of the nice company, she was a good team leader (TL) and she had made many projects in action for the company. But suddenly her news of cancer, hit the boss hard, and he made a sudden decision to sack her, for reason of not a good employee. When my friend dragged his boss to the court, there were several baseless things said about her irregularity in work. But her firmness finally made her to get the ball in her court. She gained her job back and also the respect which she lost earlier. Here, through my friend girls can learn that, she fight with office system, as she don’t wanted her illness should overlap her work dedication.

So how can you think that, female gender is a curse and fighting for the right reason is bad? So awake yourself and these small matters, should not come in your way of success. If you don’t have the will to fight with these small problems, life can never prove beautiful to you. Fight is not a harsh word, it is an essential word used for a right, which is fundamental right. So awaken yourself and don’t get neglected with these small issues in offices or anywhere else.
