When your boss knows about these qualities in you, you can definitely move up in the hierarchy in the organization. But often the people forget that with the promotion the extra responsibility also comes. For some it would be exciting and for some it would be very tough to take.

But there can be no short cut in the career. You have to take the responsibilities in your stride and you have to work hard on it. You have to remember that promotion has been given to you only because it has been known to your boss that you are fit enough to take the extra responsibility.

For career growth the responsibility has to shouldered and if are able to do this thing trust me the trajectory of your career would be touching the sky. If may cause some initial hiccups and you may find that your other responsibility is affecting your other obligation but you have to keep the faith in you.

Once you have been able to repose faith in you, then it would become the habit for you and you can definitely move up in the ladder of the career. The path may be grueling but then there is fun in the grueling career only. Life would be offering you the challenges everyday.

These challenges, you fill you with enthusiasm but it fills you with the fear also. But when you are hardworking you have to remember that it leaves no space for any fear to fills you up and extra responsibilities in the work should be treated as the bonus to you profile and it may help in the long run.    

Thing which you have to remember is that if you have got the extra promotion, then the responsibilities are bound to increase. Give yourself some time to acclimatize to the new development and challenges in life. For getting on to the top you have to work hard and that the only thing which would make the things better for you.
