But the raring of the children is not your soul responsibility. Both mother and father will have to plan out properly that how they can manage the time between work and home. Since the competition is tough outside the home therefore, you have to be alert all the time at both the end.

 It may take the energy from you, but that’s not the end of the world. It has been noticed that the children brought up in the house where both father and mother is working are more independent. They take the responsibility of the home as there parent are doing and hence know the importance of time.

 How this is possible? When both the parents are busy and they don’t have time and yet children are brought up in perfect manner. It is the quality upbringing they have inculcated to their kids. The child knows the importance of time therefore; most of his personal works are completed by child himself.

 Here the child is independent yet the emotional attachment with the parent is something which matters him a lot. He go out and do his own work and knows that once the parent would be back from the work they can have family time together where all of them would be spending some quality time with each other.

 Here the onus is not only lying with the children but the parents are equally responsible. They also understand the importance of time and they know that they have to finish off the work in office itself. As once they will be in the office, they can utilize the time better with the kids, which they would be expecting.

 But this perfection is only maintained depending on the understanding you are having with you. As a parent you have to act first and smart so that your children can also emulate those things from you. So try to give quality time to your children and see that they would never demand anything other then that from you.
